SAP Award from UGC

Department of Political Science has been selected for the Special Assistance Programme(SAP) by the UGC for the period of 2007-2012. For this purpose about Rs.32 lakh has been sanctioned. The amount is for the research, infrastructure and all round development of the Department. This is a prestigious award for the outstanding work of the department.
